Refund and Return Policy :

AIsecure is our group name, which hosts our sub-brand of AIsecure& Easilok.

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:

  • The warranty only applies to the original purchaser of the product.This warranty not applies to the original purchaser of the Product who purchased the Product from EASILOK or one of its authorized resellers or distributors for residential use. This warranty is nontransferable, except where prohibited by applicable law.

Refund

  • After you place the order, if AIsecure do not ship the goods within 48 hours (it will be delayed under special circumstances), your refund request will be received in time.
  • If AIsecurehas been shipped, but you are not completely satisfied with any items ordered and apply for a refund. Please return the product in its original packaging after receipt, and indicate your order number, and we will refund your payment.
  • In some cases, we will adopt a "non-return refund" policy. In other words, the buyer does not need to send the product back to AIsecure's warehouse.

 Late or missing refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@easilok.com.

 

 

Return Policy

  • If you unfortunately receive the wrong product or the product is damaged or incomplete, or the product has quality problems,you can apply for a return.
  • Timingand request : we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received. AIsecure may require that you return the Product to AIsecure AIsecure may request a copy of your sales receipt or dated itemized receipt
  • To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.At the same time, please provide proof of the exact product quality problem.
  • The Following costs, expenses and damages are also not covered by this limited hardware warranty:
(i) labor costs including, but not limited to, such costs as the removal and reinstallation of Product.
(ii) shipping and freight expenses required to return Product toAIsecure unless the Product is found to have quality problems.
(iii) any loss of or damage to tangible or intangible property as a result of failure of or a defect in the Product or its software.
  • AIsecure will not honor exchanges or refunds for products purchased from non-authorized dealers which includes: Pawn shops, personal or peer-to-peer sales, liquidation stores, eBay sales that are not from a major retail chain such as BestBuy, HomeDepot or Lowes.
  • For returns, please email support@easilok.comwith the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
  • Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
  • When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
  • If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
