Adams Rite’s MS1850S reference also includes a 7/8-inch backset. Current EASILOK SK1850 product information does not list that option. If the old lock measures 7/8 inch, SK1850 should not be presented as a confirmed candidate, and the measurement must not be rounded to 31/32 inch.
Hookbolt or Deadbolt: Match the Existing Door and Receiver
SK1850 has hookbolt and straight-deadbolt directions. The choice is not a preference, color option, or generic security upgrade.
