  • Limited Lifetime Warranty

    • For residential door locks of the E2 series, AIsecure Inc. offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty covering both mechanical components and finish.
    • For products outside the E2 series, warranty coverage is 3–5 years, depending on the product.

  • Warranty Coverage

    • This warranty applies exclusively to end consumers who purchase our products through our official platforms: easilok.com, or amazon.com/easilok.
    • Warranty coverage applies as long as the product is installed at its original location and the User occupies the premises. We will replace, repair, or refund the purchase price for defective products once they are returned to the manufacturer.

  • The Warranty is Woid Under the Following Conditions

    • The product lacks the AIsecure or Easilok logo, or is a counterfeit product.
    • Improper installation, failure to follow installation instructions, or unprofessional disassembly.
    • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper handling, physical damage (e.g., collisions or scratches), exposure to extreme conditions (e.g., high temperatures, humidity).
    • Natural disasters or uncontrollable events.
    • Issues unrelated to product design, technology, or manufacturing quality.

  • Required Documentation

    • Proof of purchase, including the purchase date.
    • If proof of purchase is unavailable, the free warranty period will be considered five years from the product's manufacturing date.

  • Warranty Service Process

    • Repairing or replacing defective products or components.
    • Refunds for the original purchase price if deemed necessary.
