   The flush bolt mortise is kinda hard to replace. So, you need to install a barrel bolt latch on the inside of the other door instead of that flush bolt.

  11: How to measure the backset of the mortise and bolt on your door?  ( backset are:1.1/8” ,31/32”, 1.1/2”);
