10:If the door is a double door, and there is a hole on the floor, then mortise is maybe a flush bolt mortise.

The flush bolt mortise is kinda hard to replace. So, you need to install a barrel bolt latch on the inside of the other door instead of that flush bolt.

11: How to measure the backset of the mortise on your door? ( backset are:1-1/8"” ,31/32”, 1-1/2"”);
